Since 1975, the Deep River Land Trust has worked to preserve open space in our town—protecting wildlife habitat, scenic landscapes, and vital natural resources along the Connecticut River and beyond. Through land donations, conservation easements, and ongoing stewardship, the Trust now cares for more than 284 acres across 18 preserved properties, ensuring these special places remain available for the enjoyment of residents and visitors today and for generations to come.
As an all-volunteer, nonprofit organization, our ability to maintain trails, protect sensitive habitats, and pursue new conservation opportunities depends entirely on the generosity of supporters like you.
